What’s so Different?
It started as a casual conversation between two friends about raising kids and how to talk to them about race. That discussion is still on going and taken a more public forum. Using both of their skill sets and story telling abilities, Chris and DJ Bre roll the camera and talk about societal issues they face and how their cultural up bringing has shaped their opinions and guided their parental tactics. They are both excited to have you join the conversation and contribute your thoughts on sometimes difficult and uncomfortable discussions.

Chris Walters is a Chief Lighting Technician and Cinematographer in the Film Industry and the founder and owner of Illuminated Stages and Illuminated Path Productions. He is the Father to two young boys. @Litpathpro @illuminated_stages
Majur_Deveaux Bahamas born Taylor “Majur” Deveaux is a bi racial mother of 3, who has spent majority of her adult years in the nail industry. Currently she has really taken more time to get her hands into the entertainment industry, in front of as well has being the camera. From music to tv to podcast, she enjoys creating and expressing authenticity.
Breon Hawkins, better known as DJ Bre, is a Los Angeles native who wears many hats. By day, DJ Bre is a medical professional while by night, he is a skilled DJ, event curator, host, actor, photographer, videographer, and founder of both Artist Ave. LA and First Amendment Open Mic Night.
